It’s Domestic Violence Awareness Month and it’s also time to vent! Time to get it all out in the open! Vent week will be October 25-31.
Write a letter to the person who abused you, whether it was by beating or raping you, or any form of physical act violating you. If you were emotionally and psychologically abuse, you can vent too!
Tell your abuser whatever you are feeling, including what you felt at the time of the abuse, immediately and now. Feel free to express yourself without reservation, that’s the whole idea. Let it out! When you’re done, do not mail it or give it to your abuser, send it to email@example.com and let us share your experiences and feelings with others. Be careful not to name names, including yours.
